Description: scripts for KiCad library development
 KiCad Library Utils contains tools useful when developing KiCad libraries,
 including schematic symbols, PCB footprints and 3D models.

 The utilities are mainly used for quality and style checks according to
 the KiCad Library Convention rules. They can be used when developing the
 official KiCad libraries or when maintaining custom KiCad libraries.

 The package includes tools for tasks such as checking symbol and footprint
 compliance, checking 3D model coverage, comparing library revisions and
 generating symbols from CSV pinout data.
